About
While 85% of the Earth’s surface still lies beyond terrestrial networks, Kinéis is today the only operational satellite solution capable of addressing the challenge of “white zones.”
Founded in 2018, Kinéis operates the first global constellation dedicated to IoT. With 25 nanosatellites in orbit, Kinéis fulfills its mission: enabling businesses and institutions to access reliable and secure information, anywhere on the planet, to make informed decisions and efficiently grow their activities. Kinéis serves an international market in key sectors critical to humankind, its activities, and the environment. The company relies on breakthrough, robust technology built on forty years of expertise in space-based data collection, now tailored to IoT.
In 2020, Kinéis raised €100 million from French public and private investors, including CLS and CNES, and has been awarded the French Tech Next40 label for 2021 and 2022, and the French Tech 120 label for 2023, focusing on environmental and societal issues. It is also a winner of the Plan France 2030.
