- Automatic switch to Kinéis satellite connectivity as soon as vessels leave terrestrial coverage
This service continuity guarantees near real-time data transmission without interruption, regardless of vessel location. Space-based IoT enabled by Kinéis makes it possible to monitor and control fishing fleets across all the world’s oceans.
Fishing Vessel Monitoring with CLS VMS
The VMS (Vessel Monitoring System) developed by CLS and integrated into NEMO allows fisheries authorities to:
