On September 20th and 21st, Kinéis invites you to join us in Lyon to participate in the SIDO exhibition, a major event dedicated to the IoT, robotics, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.
Each year, this exhibition, held in Lyon, attracts industrialists, startups, researchers, and technology enthusiasts from around the world.
The Kinéis experts will be delighted to welcome you at booth W113 to discuss the IoT solutions offered by our satellite connectivity.
Global connectivity at your fingertips
In 2024, Kinéis will launch 25 satellites into orbit to provide global connectivity for IoT applications.
This constellation, the first one in Europe, will enable professionals to collect their data anywhere in the world, without any connectivity gaps and in near-real-time. This new connectivity offering, at low data rates and competitive prices, aims to make satellite IoT accessible to a wide audience, thus creating new opportunities.
Our partnership with STMicroelectronics is helping to facilitate access to our technology.
Partenship with STMicroelectronics
We will also be present at our partner STMicroelectronics' booth to introduce our new Smartsat service offering.
This offering allows you to access a library of documentation for quick and easy communication with our satellites using readily available market components. Our partnership with STMicroelectronics ensures the compatibility of the STM32WL chipset with our satellite connectivity, thus providing hybrid connectivity with a single component.
To learn more, come meet Steve Hamard, Kinéis' Product Manager, at ST Microelectronics' booth #W212.
IoT Conference and Workshop
Kinéis will also have the opportunity to share its expertise at two events:
- Conférence "Accelerated development of private satellite networks – What are the benefits for companies?"
Rémi Ferrier, Director of Products, Innovation and Sustainability at Kinéis, will co-host this conference and present the advantages of satellite networks for professionals.
📍 September, the 20th - 12:00pm to 12:45pm - Salle Est
- Workshop "Satellite IoT – Combining technologies to monitor large-scale natural phenomena linked to water and their industrial impact"
Florian Hoorelbeke, Hydrology Business Engineer at Kinéis, will lead this workshop in collaboration with our partners CLS and Vortex. In the face of increasing natural phenomena, it is crucial to closely monitor the water cycle, even in the most remote regions. Vortex offers a comprehensive solution for river monitoring using the Kinéis satellite IoT constellation, thereby assisting stakeholders involved in flood and drought management. The combination of data from different technologies is the key to addressing water resource challenges.
