Kinéis at ITU 2023: Shaping Radiocommunications

From November 20th to December 15th, 2023, Kinéis is in Dubai to attend the ITU World Radio Conference.

The ITU (International Telecommunication Union) is the global conference on radiocommunications, gathering 193 member states, specialized agencies, and private stakeholders.

This conference, held every 4 years, aims to update the Radio Regulations, which are crucial for satellite operators.

Kinéis is actively involved in three key objectives:

• Determining forthcoming rules regarding radio frequencies.
• Coordinating its declared orbital and frequency resources with the ITU.
• Presenting Kinéis' services to national authorities.

Kinéis' presence is essential in shaping the future of satellite communications and ensuring a fair and efficient utilization of space resources.
