Kinéis announces the departure of Its CEO, Alexandre Tisserant

Kinéis, operator of the first European constellation dedicated to IoT and provider of space connectivity, announces the upcoming departure of its CEO, Alexandre Tisserant, after six years at the helm of the company.
Under his leadership, Kinéis has achieved significant milestones, including the development of cutting-edge technology marked by the success of its initial satellite launches and the establishment of major strategic and commercial partnerships, underscoring the company’s strength and promising future.
Beyond these accomplishments, Alexandre Tisserant has fostered a corporate culture rooted in collaboration and technical excellence—values that will continue to guide the Kinéis team in the years ahead.

The Supervisory Board extends its gratitude to Alexandre Tisserant for his dedication and leadership. Kinéis is reaching the end of a foundational cycle, which focused on building its connectivity infrastructure, particularly in space. The transition to a business model centered on commercial and product development represents a significant next step in Kinéis' evolution.

Christophe Vassal, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, will oversee the transition period, supported by the fully committed Kinéis Executive Committee to ensure a smooth handover.
The succession process has been successfully finalized, and the name of the future CEO will be announced in Q1 2025.
